It would be interesting to tally the total number of service calls and door replacements Piedmont has handled in the DMV area for WGL and C&E Services over the past decade. I want Piedmont to know it is one of the few companies I recommend. Piedmont has always been professional, dependable, competitive and the quality of your work is above average. I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with my recent experience with your firm. While your response to my phone call was to provide prompt, same-day service, what truly impressed me was your service technician.

This gentleman seemed highly competent, well-organized, and focused on getting the job done. From what I observed, he wasted no time in solving the problem with the garage doors. Just as importantly, however, he carefully explained to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and the costs likely to result.

My sales person was fabulous and helped me decide on what doors to buy for my older home. The workers who installed the doors did a fantastic job. There was a little curling of the rubber stripping and the sales person came out to repair. Great service and installation.

I first used Piedmont Door Service several years ago when they did installations for Costco. Last year, we decided to upgrade our airplane hanger with a new roof and siding as well as a new powered door. I had already decided to purchase the roofing and siding material from PDS but could not find an installer. After measuring, Piedmont Door Service said they could do the entire job and gave me an extremely affordable quote for the job, including a 40-foot wide door for the front of the hanger.

Even though it was in the depth of Winter, they worked through it and completed the job in a timely manner. Al and Kyle Rose (owners of PDS) were great to work with as well as their installation crew.

Upon completion, I couldn't have been more pleased! Fit and finish and attention to detail was exemplary. We have received many compliments on the look of our hanger.
